Job Overview:
The Journey Builder III will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing customer journeys to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of customer experience strategies, marketing automation tools, and data-driven decision-making to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer journey strategies to improve user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for journey optimization.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to build and manage customer journeys.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of customer journeys, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  • Ensure all customer journey initiatives align with business goals and brand standards.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer journey design and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM tools.
