Role description: Screening calls, managing calendars, travel arrangements, organization charts, processing expenses, meeting and event planning, and client relations. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, reports, and presentations. Coordinate with managers and HR to onboard new employees through the NJL applications. Maintain divisional intranet website. Responsible for quality assurance, including the publication of weekly articles, monthly publications, web forms and links. Maintain floor plans and inventory of equipment. Receive and interact with incoming visitors.

Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required: 3+ years of experience supporting senior HR executives in an administrative capacity. Motivated, diligent learner that is able to work in a fast-paced environment. Exemplary planning and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Bachelors degree required.
