Title: IT Deployment Technician (Johnstown, PA) Onsite

Location: Johnstown, PA Area
Pay: $24.00–$25.00/hour, based on experience
Start Date: TBA
Start Date: TBA Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Short Term Project
Schedule: Full availability required for the duration of the project

We are seeking experienced IT Deployment Technicians to support a short-term technology deployment project in the Johnstown, PA area. This is a hands-on, client-facing position working alongside hospital IT and deployment teams to complete computer deployments and related technical activities.

Project-specific training will be provided.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Install and de-install computer systems, reusing existing monitors and peripherals
  • Perform unattended system imaging and automated network data migration
  • Work directly with hospital and clinic staff in a professional and customer-focused manner
  • Assist with various deployment activities as needed
  • Travel between the primary deployment site and additional project locations when required
  • Follow established deployment procedures, schedules, and project standards
  • Provide regular status updates to the offsite project manager

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Multiple years of hands-on IT deployment or managed IT services experience
  • Strong computer hardware and technical troubleshooting skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented work ethic
  • Excellent communication and customer-service skills
  • Comfortable working directly with clients and end users
  • Healthcare or other professional client-facing experience preferred
  • Ability to follow established procedures and work effectively as part of a deployment team
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel between project locations as needed
