Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions, in partnership with a law firm in Washington DC, is seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Secretary to join their team.

This position is hybrid - 3 days in office.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Maintaining files
  • Assisting with setup for new trademark prosecution and trademark litigation matters
  • Managing calendars
  • Scheduling meetings and depositions
  • Entering attorney time
  • Submitting expenses
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Corresponding with clients
  • Providing general administrative support

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of recent law firm secretarial experience required
  • Ability to meet or exceed docketing quality and quantity standards
  • Strong MS Office and technology knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very organized
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

The anticipated salary range for this position is $92,000-$126,500 per year depending on experience, education, and other job-related factors.
