The Position

• An Interim Project Manager, Technical Resource/HR Business Analyst, is needed to serve as an interim technical resource and HR business analyst supporting Learning Management operations during the Oracle Fusion post-go-live stabilization period.
• The Interim Project Manager will provide expertise in Oracle Fusion Talent Management implementation within a large healthcare environment, ensuring consistent system adoption and service delivery.
• Translate Learning Management business needs and processes into effective system functionality, workflows, and solutions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, training materials, and standardized Learning Management procedures.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to optimize system performance, support end users, and drive successful adoption of Oracle Fusion capabilities.
• This opportunity is expected to last approximately 12-18 months.
• Must be available to start within 2-3 weeks of acceptance.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree is required.
• Strong project management skills are required.
• Oracle Implementation experience is required.

Compensation Details

• Compensation Range: $170,000 to $180,000 annually.
• The final compensation rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. Additionally, some candidates may be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, depending on the specific role, including but not limited to health insurance coverage and retirement benefits.
• The listed base compensation range represents a good faith estimate of potential earnings at the time of this job posting and may be subject to future adjustments.
