The Interim CFO will oversee an existing financial reporting infrastructure, including P&L, cash management, balance sheet reporting, DSO, gross margin, and lender reporting. • Quickly understand the company's existing reporting processes, systems, and business model.

    • Ensure a smooth knowledge transfer from the departing CFO.

    • Maintain and improve execution of existing finance processes without unnecessarily disrupting the organization.

    • Serve as a hands-on finance leader who is willing to get into the details when necessary.

    • Support the organization through the interim period while a permanent CFO is identified.

Preferred Qualifications of the Interim CFO:

    • Significant experience as a CFO, divisional CFO, VP of Finance, or other senior finance executive.

    • Previous experience working in a private equity-owned or PE-backed company.

    • Experience operating within a leveraged balance sheet environment.

    • Ability to quickly assess an organization, establish credibility, and operate independently.

    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Finance, Operations, and executive leadership.

    • Experience with Excel and financial reporting systems; ability to work effectively with a homegrown ERP environment.

    • Comfortable working in an environment where existing reporting and processes are established and the priority is execution rather than transformation.

    • CPA, MBA, or other advanced finance/accounting credential is a plus.
