If you want to be challenged to up your game and make a difference, then join us in giving the world reason to cheer!A Brief OverviewThe Integrated Marketing Coordinator is responsible for show marketing and promotions within their designated region to drive ticket sales. This role will work closely with the Marketing Manager, agents, artist managers and bookers. The Integrated Marketing Coordinator will build the infrastructure for digital marketing campaigns, create and submit all tour settlement materials, and provide additional show marketing support to the team.What you will doBuild and maintain ad plans for the region. Assist in coordination of media buying and evaluate and revise as necessary with the marketing team to increase ticketing revenue and event exposure.Coordinate the distribution of press requests with the publicist. Serve as a public relations liaison. Proofread all releases and keep current with new shows, schedule releases and update as needed.Create, proofread and distribute e‑cards and one‑off email campaigns. Check that venue information and links are correct, communicate errors to designers, check for accuracy, communicate errors and sign off on final version.Monitor budget and accounting for marketing efforts and keep team up to date on spend status.Create and deliver all show settlement including actuals, backup and any special campaign notes.Place all pixel tracking for campaign conversions, configure and confirm activation including artist website, ticketing links and any additional tour site placement.Collect ticket links and keep central grid, check all links, pre‑sale passwords, billing, artwork on ticket pages and venue websites.Coordinate marketing support with ticketing (and other) partners.Maintain good working relationships with partners, co‑promoters and media.Education QualificationsHigh School Diploma or its equivalencyExperience Qualifications2–4 years of related work experienceExperience calendaring eventsSkills and AbilitiesKnowledgeable and skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and PhotoshopBasic accounting knowledgeStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong PR skills, social media savvy, and organization skillsMust have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritization skillsMust be able to work independently and as part of a teamCreative thinker; thinks “outside the box”Knowledge of the music industry preferredPhysical DemandsStanding – occasionallyWalking – occasionallySitting – constantlyOur people are passionate about what they do, the product they sell, and the customers they serve.
