What's the Job?

• Manage all aspects of customer requests from start to finish, handling any policy changes, billing updates, cancellations or reinstatements
• Serve as the main point of contact, communicating with customers to resolve problems and concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Navigate various technology, CRM tools and websites to research information and communicate with clients
• Support the C1 Insurance team in a variety of administrative tasks while always maintaining confidentiality

Requirements

** MUST BE EXPERIENCED WITH TECHNOLOGY, QUICK NAVIGATING BROWSERS AND VARIOUS SYSTEMS**

** MUST BE ABLE TO MULTITASK**

• You are a multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
• You have a natural desire to serve and support those around you
• You have 1-3 years of Customer Service and / or Order Fulfillment experience
• You have excellent communication skills, ready to hop on a call or send an email at any time
• You are able to perform under pressure, exercise time management and meet deadlines
• Comfortable with desk-based work, including data entry, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms
• Communicates clearly and professionally via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
• Takes initiative, communicates openly, and takes ownership of responsibilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• You are a stable, consistent and well-defined person looking for a permanent scope of responsibilities
