Instructional Coach

• Master's degree preferred
• Hold a valid certified Tennessee License
• Have five years of successful teaching experience
• Confident and willing to lead teachers professionally
• Deep knowledge and ability to teach ELA and Math
• Experience in conducting professional development presentations/in-services preferred
• Demonstrate knowledge of the implementation of Common Core State Standards
• Effective communicator
• Proficient in data interpretation
• Team player
• Flexible
• Must maintain regular attendance
• Must be able to interact with students
