Connectivity Solutions, an Orbia business, is seeking a driven and technically mindedInside Sales Representative to grow business across an assigned territory and customer portfolio. This remote-based role partners closely with the District Sales Manager and Commercial Team to develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, support sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer service. This individual contributor will connect with customers by phone and digital channels, develop new opportunities, recommend high-value solutions, and support an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, competitive, adaptable, collaborative, and able to balance strategic territory ownership with high-volume daily execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and grow business with existing or assigned accounts

• Meet assigned financial metrics

• Proactively engage prospective customers and develop contacts

• Attend occasional industry meetings and shows professionally

• Provide on-time ship reports and identify improvement obstacles

• Develop promotional and educational documents

• Propose products and solutions for customer problems

• Provide forecast feedback

• Work with customer service, sales and business analyst

• Perform analytics such as research, reporting, data gathering and small order or quote opportunities

• Drive opportunities under $50,000 with customer calls and follow-up

• Multi-task efficiently

• Maintain teamwork and positive relationships

• Collaborate with customer service on pricing and quotes

• Elevate issues to plant managers, schedulers and shippers

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sales, marketing, business, or a related technical field, with an engineering or technical background

• Entry-level professional opportunity requiring 1-3 years of technical sales and business development experience, based on territory needs and team skill gaps

• Customer service experience supporting multiple customers and a high volume of daily quotes, calls, and emails

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, planning, organization, process improvement, business acumen, and relationship-building skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; must be technology-savvy and comfortable using computers and digital tools daily

• Experience using Excel to create tables and reports and to manage, analyze, and interpret data

• Telecom, datacom, or utility power experience is preferred

• Self-motivated, results-focused, competitive, persistent, flexible, and collaborative, with the ability to influence stakeholders and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

"The compensation for this position is typically range from $56,000-$70,000/year. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare coverage, USA 401(k) retirement savings plan, paid company holidays, paid vacation time, paid sick time, parental leave, short- and long-term disability leave, education reimbursement, and an employee assistance program.
