What You’ll Do- Support adult patient care in an outpatient infectious disease setting
- Perform physical assessments, review medical histories, interpret diagnostic tests
- Conduct preventive health screenings tailored to patient needs
- Educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment options, and follow-up care
- Document all patient care accurately in electronic medical records (EPIC)
- Perform office-based specialty procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Collaborate with staff, including RNs and CMAs, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
What You Need- Valid NC PA license with board certification (NCCPA) within 1 year of hire
- Active BLS certification (American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider)
- Experience with HIV patient care preferred but not required
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
- Ability to perform office-based specialty procedures and patient education
