What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient care for adult patients with infectious diseases, including HIV
- Conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive health measures
- Perform office-based specialty procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Collaborate with RNs, CMAs, and physicians to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
- Identify opportunities for clinical improvements and patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Master's Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
- Valid NC RN & PA licenses, DEA license
- BLS and NRP certifications
- Minimum three years of relevant experience
- Comfort working with HIV patients and performing physical assessments
Preferred:- Additional specialty certifications or training in infectious disease care
