What You’ll Do- Support outpatient infectious disease care for adult patients, managing an average of 12-15 patients daily
- Conduct physical assessments, review medical histories, and interpret diagnostic tests to provide effective treatment
- Educate patients and their families about infectious disease conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up care
- Perform preventive health screenings based on patient age and individual health needs
- Maintain accurate patient records within EPIC EMR system
- Perform office-based clinical procedures in accordance with departmental guidelines
- Collaborate with RNs, CMAs, and physicians to optimize outpatient care quality
- Identify and suggest improvements for outpatient clinical processes
What You Need- Required: Master’s Degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies, current NC RN & NP license, DEA license, BLS certification, 3+ years of relevant experience, recent HIV patient care experience
- Preferred: Neonatal Resuscitation Protocol (NRP) certification, additional clinical certifications
