Industrial Maintenance Technician – First Shift

We are looking for experienced industrial maintenance technicians to join a leading provider of custom-engineered advanced tooling solutions in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. This is a full-time, direct hire position on first shift, ideal for candidates with hands-on experience working with CNC machines.

Hours:

• Day Shift, hours can vary, including a 4-day work week

• Typical hours are 7:30 am – 5:00 pm

• Overtime is expected

Pay:

• $25.00 - $35.00/hour based on experience

• Salary range: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on manual and CNC machines and shop equipment

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues

• Diagnose breakdowns and perform urgent repairs to minimize downtime

• Assist with machine setup, alignment, and basic adjustments

• Replace or repair components such as motors, drives, pumps, sensors, switches, bearings, and belts

• Document maintenance work and communicate recurring issues to leadership

• Follow all safety procedures and keep work area clean and organized

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of experience as an industrial maintenance technician

• Hands-on experience maintaining and repairing CNC machines

• Experience in a mold and die shop or similar environment

• Strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical and electrical preferred

• Welding and fabrication experience

• Basic knowledge of PLCs, drives, controls, or CNC control systems preferred

• Ability to read technical prints and manuals

• Proficiency using common hand and power tools

• Dependable, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications related to maintenance disciplines

• Experience with advanced automation systems

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant technical training or certifications in maintenance or machinery

Other Requirements:

• On-site work environment

• Ability to work safely and follow all safety protocols

• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting
