    About the Role

Picture your day starting on the plant floor, where production never truly sleeps. You review the overnight logs, then move quickly from a PLC panel to a hydraulic manifold, isolating a fault before it slows a line. A misaligned conveyor? Realigned. A motor running hot? Diagnosed and corrected. You decide when to fabricate a new bracket, when to weld a repair, and when to machine a replacement part so equipment is back online with minimal downtime.
