We are seeking two experienced HVAC Service Sales Representatives to join a growing team in the Phoenix market! Key Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for commercial HVAC service and maintenance.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, facility managers, property managers, and building owners.

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate HVAC service solutions.

• Generate leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and existing industry relationships.

• Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and sales presentations.

• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.

• Partner with service managers and field teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Meet and exceed sales goals while helping grow the company's commercial service business.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer accounts.

Requirements

• Previous HVAC sales experience required.
