We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Comfort Advisor to join a growing residential home services team in Austin. You’ll work with qualified homeowners, recommend customized comfort solutions, and have the opportunity to build a strong six-figure income with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners using pre-qualified leads generated by technicians and marketing
- Conduct in-home comfort assessments and identify homeowner needs
- Present HVAC replacement, indoor air quality, and comfort solutions
- Build trust, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
- Follow up with homeowners and maintain accurate information in the CRM
- Meet and exceed sales goals and key performance metrics
- Stay current on products, promotions, financing options, and industry trends
- Maintain flexibility to meet with homeowners during evenings and weekends when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in commission-based sales
- HVAC, home services, remodeling, roofing, windows, solar, automotive, or other in-home sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- A confident closer who is comfortable asking for the sale
- Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
- Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other sales technology
- Professional appearance and a strong commitment to delivering an excellent customer experience
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
