Job Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment, including proactive candidate research and sourcing, talent pipelining, and ongoing partnership with our hiring leaders and HR Business Partners. Reporting to the Manager of Experienced Recruitment, you will support various functions and business segments across North America.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 6 years of corporate and/or search firm progressive recruiting experience
• Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
• Supply Chain, Sales/Marketing, and Data Science/Technical Recruiting experience
• Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
• ATS experience with sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
• Strong client service skills: positive, pro-active, and team-oriented
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferences

• Experience with Big Data and Supply Chain
