We are currently seeking a talented candidate who is excited to Live Up and join a culture that is dedicated to continual improvement and excellence as a full time onsite Human Resources Manager.Job Summary:The Human Resources Manager oversees the day to day HR function including recruitment, employee relations, benefit and compensation administration, HR compliance and performance management. This role supports a strong company culture and is a hands on single contributor with no direct reports. The Human Resources Manger reports to the CFO. Job Responsibilities:Management of end-to-end recruitment process to include authoring job postings, monitoring applicant flow, interviewing, preparing offer documents, and full onboarding and offboardingProvides guidance to management on employee relations issues, conducts investigations, participates in the disciplinary/termination processWorks with benefit broker to provide quality benefit plans to the company, handles Open Enrollment, new hire enrollment and all benefit administrationKeeps HRIS system up to dateProcesses payrollAdministers the growth review process and annual compensation review process, tracking compliance and assisting managers with the feedback loopCoordinates and plans company events to includes training and development, company wide meetings as well as fun company eventsCreates and maintains annual HR budgetWorks with 3rd parties for regulatory and compliance reportingManages FMLA/STD/LTD and Workers Compensation leaves, claims and reportingDevelops, maintains and updates HR SOP'sKnowledge and Skills Required:Excellent communication and relationship building skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesSelf-directed and able to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining project schedules and deadlinesStrong critical thinking and decision making skillsExcellent customer service, interpersonal and presentation skillsDiscrete with sensitive and confidential informationComfortable in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and projectsQualifications:Bachelors degree and progressive HR experience in an HR Generalist, HR Manager or similar role supporting employee relations, HR operations and manager guidanceSHRM and/or HRCI certifications preferredStyleCraft Homes offers an excellent compensation and benefits package, including comprehensive medical/dental/vision/prescription insurance, 401(k) with a company match, income protection insurance, tuition reimbursement, professional development, home purchase discounts, and much more!
