The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Oversee the hiring process from job posting to interviewing and hiring.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

Employee Relations:
Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and address any issues promptly and effectively.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement and retention strategies.

Performance Management:
Implement performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and feedback.
Develop and monitor performance improvement plans.

Policy Development and Compliance:
Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Benefits Administration:
Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Conduct benefits orientations and handle employee inquiries regarding benefits.

HR Strategy and Planning:
Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve HR processes and initiatives.

Office Administration and Operations:
Oversee general office administration and workplace operations.
Partner with the CEO on organizational and operational matters as needed.
Compensation: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
