HR Liaison | Legacy Lifecare
$20.00 - $30.00/hour, based on experience
Full-Time | 30hrs per week | 9:30AM – 4:00PM

Delivering Solutions that Matter:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR-related questions, processes, and policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HRIS updates, personnel documentation, and reporting.
- Partner with managers and the HR team to address employee concerns, facilitate communication, and ensure timely follow-up on HR matters.
- Assist with HR projects, and other day-to-day activities that support a positive employee experience.
Qualifications for Success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, healthcare administration, or a related field; experience in a healthcare or senior living environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, and employment documentation, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with employees, managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and preferably ADP, with a willingness to learn and grow within the Human Resources field.
