What Youll Do
Support HR Operations
- Process HR paperwork and maintain employee records.
- Assist with administrative tasks that keep HR operations running smoothly.
Work with HR Technology
- Support HRIS projects and system testing.
- Partner with HR and IT teams to identify improvements and provide feedback on system functionality.
Contribute to Special Projects
- Participate in HR initiatives and cross-functional projects.
- Take on additional assignments that support team and business goals.
What You Bring
Education & Experience
- Pursuing or recently completed an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous administrative or customer service experience is a plus.
Skills
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment.
