Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- Should have 3+ years of recent sourcing experience
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions and sourcing diverse candidate pipelines
- Need recent 5 years of experience in recruiting
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Experience with innovative sourcing techniques
- Strong understanding of market trends
- Experience in developing candidate pipeline strategies
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, including creating compelling position descriptions and sourcing diverse candidate pipelines
- Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers
- Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent
