The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting analytical and business-focused talent, and the ability to build candidate pipelines across multiple markets. We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on sourcing and recruiting Product Analysts and Business Analysts.

Job Title: HR Recruiter – Product & Business Analytics
Location: Richmond, VA or McLean, VA (Hybrid – Must work onsite)
Duration: 12+ months (Contract with potential for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs)
Pay Range: $20-26/hr on W2 without benefits

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts, with a primary focus on sourcing and recruiting Product Analysts and Business Analysts. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, experience recruiting analytical and business-focused talent, and the ability to build candidate pipelines across multiple markets.
Key Responsibilities:

• Source and identify qualified Product Analyst and Business Analyst candidates.
• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines across Chicago, Washington, DC, and New York City.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean searches, and other sourcing tools to identify potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and deliver qualified talent.
• Screen candidates, assess qualifications, and manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and provide regular updates on recruiting progress.

Must Have Requirements:

• Previous experience in corporate recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Experience sourcing and recruiting Business Analysts and/or Product Analysts.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model from either Richmond, VA or McLean, VA.
