General Job Description:
Directly reporting to the Director, Human Resources or Senior Human Resources Manager, this position is responsible for providing HR support services to HR Managers including but not limited to talent acquisition, on-boarding, compensation/benefits, employee relations, talent/performance management, learning and development and regulatory compliance initiatives and efforts for the organization (for assigned offices). To be successful in this role, the incumbent must act with professionalism, integrity, discretion, urgency and be responsive to client needs. This role provides support to assigned HR Managers across locations.

Hours: Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Travel: 10-20% of the time to and from the primary office to other office and field locations.
Competitive Wages:
$26.00 to $34.00 per hour.
