The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and operational partner to leaders and employees across Apex Service Partners locations within a rapidly growing region. With a strong focus on delivering best-in-class service and support, this role partners closely with field leadership to align people practices with business objectives while ensuring consistency, compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Employee Services, the HRBP is responsible for supporting Human Resources functions across the employee life cycle, including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, HRIS management, training, employee relations, safety and workers' compensation, compliance and employment law, and offboarding activities.
