Human Resource Assistant

Location:(Remote – USA Residents Only)

Overview: we are seeking a Human Resource Assistant to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This position will support the HR department in various administrative tasks and functions. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork
• Maintain employee records and ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date
• Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations
• Support HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including answering phones, scheduling meetings, and filing documents
• Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping
• Coordinate employee training and development programs
• Handle employee inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an HR assistant or administrative role preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
