As an HRIS Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our HR systems, data, and reporting solutions are reliable, efficient, and impactful. You'll help optimize HR technology, maintain data integrity, and deliver meaningful workforce insights that support both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making. Working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders across the organization, you'll lead system enhancements, support upgrades and implementations, and provide training and troubleshooting. Your work will directly contribute to better employee experience, stronger business outcomes, and a more data-driven HR function.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll optimize ADP Workforce Now, strengthen HR data and reporting, and turn workforce information into actional insights that support business decisions.

• Administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and connected HR systems, including configuration, upgrades, integrations, and user support.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analyses that provide valuable insights into workforce trends and key HR metrics.
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to support integrations and implement system improvements.
• Maintain accurate, secure HR data and support audit, compliance, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and strengthen data governance practices.
• Investigate and resolve system, data, and reporting issues, documenting solutions and communication outcomes to users.
• Stay current on HR Technology and analytics practices and serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems and data.
• Support HR technology implementations, data audits, and cross-functional initiatives as business needs evolve.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of HR operations experience, including at least 2 years of supporting HRIS (ADP or other ATS) administration, HR reporting, or workforce analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret workforce data, identify trends, and translate findings and system issues into practical recommendations.
• Clear communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across HR, IT, vendors, and business teams.
• Ability to prioritize competing needs, work independently, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.

Technology Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering or configuring an HRIS; ADP Workforce Now experience is strongly preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, data validation, and data analysis.
• Experience troubleshooting HR system and data issues, documenting solutions, and supporting users at varying levels of technical proficiency.
• Exposure to or willingness to learn emerging workplace technologies is highly desired.

What Will Help You Stand Out

• Experience with SQL or other query tools and data visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with process automation, APIs, HR system integrations, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, audit controls, privacy, security, and records-retention requirements.
• HR certification, such as PHR or SHRM-CP, or desire towards obtaining one.

The hours that you will dedicate to work

This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule; 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home based on business need.
