Data Analyst – HR & Organizational Data

Location: Summit, NJ
Duration: 1 year

We’re seeking a Data Analyst to support an organizational design initiative. You’ll work with project leads to capture organizational structures, clean and validate workforce data, and prepare it for upload to Workday and other HR systems.

What you’ll do

• Analyze and transform large datasets using Excel.
• Check organizational data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Partner with project leads to translate organizational designs into system-ready data.
• Support Workday data loads and validation.

What you’ll bring

• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups.
• Experience with HR, workforce, or organizational data.
• Familiarity with Workday EIBs, data loads, and validation.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Experience with organizational design or HR transformation is preferred. SQL, Python, Tableau, or data visualization skills are a plus.
