Job Title: HR Business Partner

About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Business Partner to join a dynamic team in the HR sector. In this role, you will contribute to supporting the coordination and execution of HR programs, maintaining HR documentation, and ensuring the smooth delivery of HR services.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the HRBP team.
- Support core worker lifecycle activities, including organizational changes, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to support execution of HR processes, initiatives, and routine business needs.
- Coordinate HR communications, meeting logistics, and follow-up actions for key people processes and team initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–4 years of HR experience in an HR coordinator, HR generalist, or HR operations role.
- Solid understanding of core HR processes (onboarding, worker changes, offboarding, performance cycles).
- Working knowledge of U.S. employment practices and basic HR compliance concepts.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
- Experience working with Workday or similar.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
