Job title: HR Recruiter

Rate: $40-$45/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience sourcing candidates
- Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of experience sourcing Product and/or Business Analyst candidates
- 2 years experience recruiting for tech-focused companies
- 2 years experience of using Workday in a recruiting function
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Proactively source and manage candidates for the Global Payments Network Recruiting team
- Create compelling position descriptions and source diverse candidate pipelines
- Market the company's talent brand to attract top talent
- Screen candidates and collaborate with team members to advance candidates in the recruiting process
- Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs
- Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and sourcing results to leadership and HR partners
- Use search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market
