Title: Recruiter
Location: Must sit onsite one day per week hybrid in Richmond, VA or McLean, VA
Duration: 12+ months
Pay Range:$45-48/hr on W2 without benefits
Introduction:
This role supports the finance line of business (LOB) with full lifecycle recruiting for exempt level roles, including financial analysis, accounting, tax, capital markets & risk, and corporate development. The team may also expand to support Audit and Legal functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting – Financial recruiting, audit, legal, PM, or BA roles. Financial is preferred.
Sourcing experience
Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years
Workday experience with applicant tracking system
LinkedIn recruiter experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage up to 15-17 recruitment requests at once with a target of 5 hires per month, reaching this point within 60 days.
Partner with interview logistics team and be comfortable scheduling interviews.
Lend support to other teams as needed and if capacity allows, support FT associates with sourcing.
Work closely with senior leaders and hiring managers in a fast-paced environment.
