As a leading national provider of optometric services, we deliver high-quality vision care and accessible eye health solutions across a network of clinical practices and retail partnerships. The Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring skilled talent tosupport our clinical, program, and corporate functions. This role partners closely with regional Program Managers and Directors of Operations, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and job posting through offer negotiation and onboarding.
No supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to calculate offer packages including base salary, production bonuses, and sign-on incentives. Ability to solve practical problems in a fast-paced environment with limited standardization.
Primarily office-based with frequent sitting, computer use, and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds. Occasional travel (up to 15%) for university recruitment or regional meetings. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.
