Position: Senior Recruiter Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:40 PM Pay: $28.85 per hour
We are seeking an experienced, high-level Recruiter to join our team on a temporary basis for approximately 90–120 days. This role is ideal for a recruiting professional who can independently manage the full recruitment life cycle and support hiring initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and leadership-level positions.
Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies.
Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Assist with other talent acquisition projects as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably recruiting for professional, technical, or leadership-level positions.
Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
