You will partner closely with our Director of HR to create an inclusive, engaging, and supportive environment where every voice is valued, and every team member feels seen.Key Responsibilities:Talent AcquisitionAttract and source diverse, mission-aligned candidatesManage job postings across platforms and social mediaCollaborate with hiring managers to clarify role expectations and needsRepresent Trinity Alliance at job fairs and recruitment eventsLead resume screening, interviews, and offer processesEnsure seamless onboarding and compliance with labor lawsMaintain accurate recruitment data and employee recordsServe as the primary HR contact for employees and managers Employee Engagement & DevelopmentDevelop employee engagement strategies in partnership with leadershipIdentify and coordinate employee training and development opportunitiesOrganize team-building events and activitiesMonitor employee satisfaction and recommend improvementsManage internal communication platforms like the intranet and MS TeamsCoordinate welcoming, informative new hire orientationsAdditional ResponsibilitiesStay current with HR trends, laws, and best practicesSupport the development of inclusive and equitable HR policiesMaintain professionalism and confidentiality in all mattersProvide ongoing support to the Director of HRQUALIFICATIONS:What You BringBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)2–3 years of HR or talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle recruitingWorking knowledge of HR practices and labor law complianceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical skills and ability to make data-informed decisionsProficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, and social media platformsHighly organized with strong time management skillsWhy Trinity Alliance?When you join Trinity Alliance, you're not just starting a new job, you are becoming part of a community.
