Coordinate daily benefits processing which includes but not limited to review and processing New Hire benefit enrollments, managing qualifying event changes, termination changes, beneficiary updates, disability, accident and death claims, rollovers, QDROs, QMCSOs, distributions, loans, hardships, and compliance testing. Daily assignments may include but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service to employees both verbally and in writing, regarding plan provisions, enrollments, qualifying event changes and other general inquiries.
