Job Summary
The Human Resources Business Partner serves as the primary contact for HR-related initiatives, including compensation, employee relations, HRIS, recruitment/talent acquisition, training, and organizational development. This role supports managers, supervisors, and their teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and needs. The HR Business Partner provides solutions to promote business objectives and facilitates the full cycle of HR operations.

Required Qualifications
 

• At least three (3) years of related professional experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all Human Resource functions.
• Proficient human relations and effective communication skills.
• Critical thinking, decision-making, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in conflict resolution and basic business acumen, including planning.

Required Education
 

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or a related area.
