This role is integral to our success, providing comprehensive Human Resources support to our diverse workforce. You will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, HR strategy, training & development, and conflict resolution among others. Responsibilities:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
- Develop and implement onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for employees.
- Manage comprehensive benefits programs, ensuring employees understand and utilize their benefits effectively.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and foster a positive work environment.
- Utilize HRIS systems for data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Resolve conflicts effectively, promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Develop and implement compensation strategies and benefits packages that attract and retain top talents.
- Drive change management initiatives, ensuring employees are supported through organizational changes.
- Provide HR consulting services to management, offering insights and solutions to improve HR practices.
- Manage HR projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a HR generalist role.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, benefits administration, HR policies, training & development, HRIS, conflict resolution, change management, HR consulting, HR project management, and HR strategy.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
