We have a global human resources (HR) team focused on business partnership, HR operations, and talent development. Solifi and the HR team have grown organically and through acquisition over the past several years and our systems and processes have evolved to ensure we have a competitive value proposition throughout the employee life cycle.

About the Position.The HR and recruiting coordinator is part of a global HR team, coordinating, and implementing human resources-related workflows including benefits administration, employee lifecycle activity (onboarding, status changes, terminations, etc.), process workflow, service awards, and responding to general employee inquiries. This role supports the talent acquisition process from initial job postings, interview facilitation and feedback solicitation through offer acceptance and new hire onboarding. This role also helps with global HR team meeting organization and CHRO calendar management. Role and Responsibilities• Partner with HR to ensure functional administrative workflows are properly administered both accurately and in a timely manner

  • Maintain employee and HR data in various systems
  • Participate in the North America benefits administration process
  • Audit and maintain employee record compliance in accordance with applicable retention obligations
  • Partner with talent acquisition to facilitate job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Manage employee onboarding including offer letters, verification and background checks, IT coordination, hiring manager onboarding plans, etc.
  • Manage employee offboarding including exit communication, system updates, IT coordination, etc.
  • Organize various HR global team meetings and support CHRO calendar management
  • Leave of absence administration
  • Regularly liaise with finance regarding payroll and related processes
  • Participate in the US social committee and support global recognition and engagement activities
  • Other duties as assigned About You

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a HR administrative support role
  • Previous experience in a role that required strong organization, time-management, and an ability to multi-task across competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and handle sensitive employee inquiries with care
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders across a range of teams and locations
  • Comfortable introducing and implementing process improvements, new ideas, and technology-driven efficiency
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively across a range of stakeholders
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 products: Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneNote and experience with HRIS or other business systems
  • Uncompromising commitment to confidentiality, discretion, and the security of sensitive data
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply HR policies, procedures, and fundamental employment laws in a practical business context
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate a blend of structure and ambiguity
  • Flexible, positive, and team-oriented, with a willingness to support evolving business and HR priorities
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation

The annual base salary is $65,000 - $85,000 and may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate''s knowledge, skills and abilities.
