The Clubis open Monday Friday 6AM-11PM with Limited Service on the Weekends from 10AM-6PM unless a special event is planned. Breakfast Service is from 6AM-10:30AM. Lunch Service is from 11:30AM-3PM. Bar & Dinner Service is from 3PM-11PM with last Food orders at 9:15PM and last beverage orders at 11PM. There are two dining outlets and multiple private event spaces.
Qualifications
2-3 Years Minimum Experience Bartending
1-2 Years+ Managing a Beverage Program at a Private Cub, Restaurant or Hotel
Knowledge of Inventory Management
Knowledge of a Unionized workplace is preferred but not necessary to apply.
ServSafe & TIPS Certified Preferred However can provide time to complete both courses during induction.

Hours: Monday Friday 3:30PM-11:30PM (Close) and some Saturdays on request.
Reports to: Management
Supervises: Bar
Knowledgeable of all aspects of department and daily club operation, including scheduled events and operating hours, specials etc.
Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed or flagged for immediate attention.
Responsible for management of the bar areas and alcoholic beverage service in accordance with the members and guests likes and dislikes. Use initiative to improve the beverage and wine program for members and guests. Ensure Members are being charged accurately. Handle complaints from club members, guests and others relative to the Beverage Department and passes them on to the relevant party when necessary. Working with management, plan weekly special wines by the glass and other specialty drinks for members
Monitor inventory levels, perform monthly inventory to be reviewed. Maintain a monthly bar supplies inventory for glassware, paper and other bar supplies.
Maintain standard operating procedures with management to help assure that bars are set- up and operated efficiently. Monitor bar closing procedures (checklist) and assures that area is secure. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation all bar areas, glassware and equipment through regular inspections
Work with management and others to ensure efficient beverage service in all of the club s outlets and for special functions.
Works with management to receive beverage products and supplies responsible for putting away product in accordance with current cellar practices.
Produces shift reports containing information on member-related issues, cover counts and any other concerns occurring during that time period directly to management. Maintain a service log regarding any notable member or guest behavior. Can occasionally serve as club s opening or closing manager or manager on duty.
Attend food and beverage meetings where necessary, assists with private parties and service in food and beverage outlets when necessary, such as batching cocktails and prepping additional garnishes.
Keeps current with changing member preferences and industry trends relative to the beverage operation.
Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by direct managers.
Push, pull or lift up to 50 pounds / Continuous repetitive motions / Work in hot, humid, cold and noisy environment.
Ability to work Weeknights M-F 3:30PM-11:30PM (Close) and some weekends on request.
