If that describes you, we need to talk!What your future day will look like:- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria for claims and billing initiatives.
- Partner with business and technical teams to analyze processes, identify gaps, and recommend system improvements.
- Support ClaimCenter and BillingCenter enhancements related to claims, billing, payments, collections, and reporting.
- Assist with integrations and data mapping between Guidewire and external platforms.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog management, testing activities, and solution validation efforts.
- Help ensure system functionality aligns with business needs, compliance requirements, and operational goals.

Type: Direct Hire
To be a champion in this role, you will need:- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
- 3+ years working with Guidewire ClaimCenter and/or BillingCenter
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Guidewire integrations, requirements gathering, testing, and business process analysis.
