Pay Range: $23 - $25/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting research in claims systems, image systems, and financial reporting to ensure funds are available and cleared.
• Managing manual adjustments for both solicited and unsolicited refund requests based on inquiries received.
• Collaborating with providers and members to research and resolve outstanding balances.
• Engaging in special projects, reconciliations, and analysis as assigned.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Experience in the government sector or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable or financial operations.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a focus on customer service.
• Proficiency in claims systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
