    We are seeking a Senior Global Mobility Specialist to join our global People Operations team, where innovation knows no borders. This team delivers seamless employee experiences by streamlining international assignments, relocations, and talent movements across key regions. It removes cross-border friction and ensures full compliance so teams can focus on driving customer success.     As a Senior Global Mobility Specialist, you will manage end-to-end relocation and U.S. immigration processes across the organization. You will challenge outdated workflows, serve as a trusted advisor to employees, and partner with legal and HR leaders to resolve complex mobility challenges. This role requires sound operational judgment, strong execution, and the ability to turn complex regulatory requirements into clear actions.


    What you'll Do


    + End-to-End Assignment Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of global mobility assignments, including visa/work permit applications (U.S. and international), relocation logistics, and expatriate support.

    + U.S. Immigration Compliance & Case Management: Partners with immigration counsel to manage U.S. immigration processes including H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, and Green Card sponsorship. Ensure compliance with USCIS, DOL, and other federal regulations. Liaise with immigration counsel to support case strategy and execution.

    + Global Compliance & Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert on international and U.S. immigration, tax, and labor laws. Ensure compliance and mitigate risks across jurisdictions.

    + Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with People Business Partners, Legal, Payroll, and external vendors to coordinate mobility processes and resolve complex immigration and relocation issues.

    + Employee Support: Serves as advisor in case of any queries, as well as escalation point when issues arise.

    + System enhancements:

    + Maintaining and developing existing system configuration. Looking for opportunities in changing and automating global mobility processes, including leveraging AI-enabled solutions.

    + Policy Development & Implementation: Contribute to the development and refinement of global mobility and immigration policies aligned with business goals and legal requirements.

    + Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze mobility and immigration metrics and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.

    + Vendor Management: Manage relationships with relocation providers, immigration attorneys, and tax advisors to ensure high-quality service delivery. Manage accuracy and completeness of vendor invoices.


    What you'll bring


    + Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field

    + 6+ years of experience in global mobility or general people operations area

    + Strong knowledge of US immigration regulations and related labor processes

    + Excellent project management and organizational skills

    + Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

    + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools

    + Experience with global HRIS systems, ideally in Workday

    + Experience working in a international environment
