    This unique popular rapidly growing fast casual health food concept is seeking an experienced General Manager for their high volume Jacksonville NC location. 

    This lifestyle brand that’s expanded nationwide with over 120 locations in 20+ states offers real growth opportunities unlike dying legacy brands. The concept serves a wide variety of healthy menu items, shakes, and pre-made meals for meal planning.

    We are looking for someone experienced with a passion for health & wellness to join our family and help take the brand to the next level.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum of 2 years General Management experience in a regional or national Quick Service, Fast Casual, or Full Service concept
    • Highly motivated, self-directed and results-oriented, with the proven ability to solve complex problems
    • Outstanding skills in leadership, interpersonal communication, and staff development
    • Able to identify opportunity areas and create plans for action
    • Proven track record in managing a budget and cost controls to optimize profits and ensure success
    SALARY RANGE & BENEFITSi
    • $60,000-$65,000 base salary 
    • Realistic Bonus plan ($10k - $15k annually)
    • 401k with company match
