Full-Time Personal Care Assistant (PCA) - Bilingual

Lux Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide quality in-home care services to our clients.

This role is essential in supporting clients with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being within the home setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including:
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide meal preparation and feeding assistance
• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general cleaning)
• Provide medication reminders (no administration)
• Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
• Accurately complete and submit timesheets weekly
• Clock in and out using the EVV system in compliance with state requirements

Requirements:

• CPR Certification (within the last 2 years)
• Bloodborne Pathogens Certification (within the last year)
• Tuberculosis (TB) test/results (within the last year)
• Ability to pass a national criminal background check (clean record required)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong communication and time management skills
