The Staffing Coordinator maintains the scheduling software, to ensure only qualified resources with current, mandatory competencies, orientation and/or certifications work in the units where such requirements are relevant.
Responsibilities
Organizing, coordinating, and deploying supplemental nursing resources to patient care areas across the Mount Carmel Health System.
Participates in the scheduling software orientation of new associates in the health system
Requirements
High School diploma, GED or equivalent
2 years of hospital, clerical or customer service experience preferred
Prior experience with scheduling software preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Flexibility with work schedules. The office is open M-F from 5a-8pm and weekends from 5a-5p.
