About Us: East Side Smiles Dentistry is expanding in Nashville, and we're looking for a seasoned front desk professional who is passionate about customer service and creating outstanding patient experiences. Responsibilities: As our Front Office Coordinator, you will: Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their entire dental experience.

• A compensation package, starting at $23-25/hour based on experience (Denticon prefered)

• Full Time Schedule, Monday - Friday: 7:40 am - 5:00 pm (1 hour lunch)

Responsibilities:

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will:

• Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism, setting a positive tone for their entire dental experience.

• Create efficient and patient-focused schedules that optimize appointment flow and provider productivity.

• Manage patient documents and records.

• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.

• Work with insurance.
• Additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

• 1+ years experreince in a dental front office
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Knowledge of Dental operations
• Denticon experience
• Technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
