General Overview

Our thriving practice is expanding, and we're seeking a passionate Front Office Coordinator to join our dynamic team! If you're excited about delivering exceptional patient experiences while leveraging your dental expertise, we'd love to hear from you. Located in Houston by the Galeria Mall we pride ourselves on strong patient experiences and would live to hear about yours.

Schedule: Monday - Thursday:

  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30 am- 4:30pm (60 minutes for lunch)
  • Wednesday: 7:30 am - 6 pm (60 minutes for lunch)

Responsibilities

As our Front Office Coordinator, you'll be the heart of our practice, making an impact every day by:

  • Meet and greet our patients

  • Answer phones, reply to emails and texts

  • Develop productive schedules

  • Manage patient documents and records

  • Create memorable, positive patient experiences that keep our community coming back

  • Confirm appointments

  • Collect insurance breakdowns

  • Check patients in and out

  • Embrace flexibility and support the team with additional responsibilities that put patients first

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working at the front desk in a dental office
  • Ability to work the schedule as posted
  • Demonstrated experience to meet and exceed goals
  • Ability to problem solve with limited direction
  • Enthusiasm for learning our systems and contributing innovative ideas to optimize our workflow and enhance efficiency
  • High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Dental operations
  • Technical expertise in dental insurance benefit
