Serenity Dental is looking for a Front Office Assistant to join our dedicated team in Houston, TX! We take pride in providing exceptional dental care in a warm, stress-free environment, ensuring optimal comfort and positive patient experiences. Compensation: $16-18 per hour, based on experience

 

Schedule & Office Hours

• Full-time, 5-day work week
• Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
• 9 am-5 pm

Qualifications

• Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
• Experience with customer service, insurance verification, treatment planning, prior authorizations, Medicaid, and PPO insurance plans
• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to manage multiple phone lines
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Weekend availability is a must
