Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Front Desk Representative for their Marshfield, WI location.
Responsibilities:
- The Representative will provide effective and efficient handling of onsite walk ins from or to Security Health plan members, providers, and colleagues ensuring a positive experience for all members in a fun and fast-paced atmosphere.
- Greeting members, troubleshooting.
- Greeting agent.
- Answering phone calls.
- General administration tasks.
Requirements:
- Standard computer processing, outlook, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel
- Customer service experience required. 1-3 years
- Hands on training on greeting members, finding members in the system, customer service skills.
